How do I get to Hotel Ta Cenc?
Hotel Ta’ Cenc is situated in Sannat, Gozo. After arriving at Malta International Airport, follow the signs to Circewwa, the island’s northernmost point. Ferries take cars and passengers from Cirkewwa to Mgarr Harbour once every 45 minutes during the winter, and every half an hour during the summer months. Ferries are also less frequent at night. The crossing takes around 25 minutes.
Once in Mgarr follow the signs to Victoria and then to Sannat/Ta’ Cenc.

Can I rent a car?
Yes, as long as you hold a valid Driver’s Licence and can produce another form of identity. Driving in Malta & Gozo is on the left. Does the hotel have a car park?
The hotel has a sizable car park which is complimentary for residents’ use.
What time is check-in and checkout?
Guest checkout is at 1200 while check-in is at 3pm. Should you wish to extend your checkout time please contact the front desk and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Do you offer a babysitting service?
An in-room babysitting service is available. Please contact the front office to book a babysitter, ideally around 24 hours in advance.
Does the Hotel cater for special dietary needs?
Our experienced team of chefs will be only too happy to cater to your dietary requirements while you’re holidaying with us. Please inform us of any special requests when booking.
Does the Hotel pool have a children's section?
The hotel has a pool especially for families with children under 16 which is open from 0800 until 2000 every day.
What is the electrical supply and socket type used in Malta?
The electrical supply is 240 volts, single phase, 50 cycles. The 13 amps, three-pin rectangular sockets are used.
Does the hotel accept credit cards?
All major credit cards are accepted including VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
Will I have access to medical care if I need it?
The Maltese Islands enjoy world class medical care, which is free to EU citizens (providing they have a European Health Insurance Card). A doctor is on-call 24-hours a day and polyclinics are open across the island until 1900 everyday; the nearest one to the hotel is in Victoria.
